audio capture and playback in Freezeframe
I need to be able to capture and playback audio in sync with my video so that in those cases where video evidence has audio I can work with it. I need to be able to capture audio for various types of evidence: analog VHS, screen recording and import of video file such as AVI.

to convert avi files through the StarWitness System
in order to convert files into wav. for example so that they may be played by users who have windows media player.
Could you please elaborate more on this?
1) Are you referring to FreezeFrame or Video Pro?

2) AVI files *are* playable by Windows Media Player assuming the correct codec is installed.
3) WAV is an audio only format. We can't convert AVI to WAV. -

to demux an imported video in Freezeframe
In Freezeframe I can only demux when I capture video in the capture screen. I need to demux an imported video.

to ensure the authenticity of video evidence in Freezeframe
I need to be able to ensure that the results I create are derived from the original evidence that I imported or captured into Freezeframe. This will ensure that the chain of evidence has not been broken. (This can be done by using hashes of files and other tools.)

I would like to be able to specify the order in which processnig occurs so that I have more flexibility in processing video.

a graph editor integrated into Freezeframe
I would like to edit the filter graph that Freezeframe uses so that I can create more complex processing graphs in Freezeframe, just like the ones that I create in Video Pro.

create a snapshot from a video frame in Freezeframe
I want to be able to create a snapshot from a video frame in Freezeframe. This way I can save, in my case, a frame, for example picture of the bad guy, in my case. I can then go back to that frame and see it with all the settings I used when I saved it.

Select a drive to save data to
I need to be able to select which drive to save data being collected to. By default it saves only to the C: drive and can not be changed. Also Drag and drop a must into program!

Archive cases in the background
Currently, when I archive a case, FreezeFrame is locked until the archiving process completes. It would be nice to do that in the background so I could do other processing with FreezeFrame.
